Webb has cut, sew, and imprinting
facilities to manufacture textile products to a customer's specifications.
Production Time. Normal production scheduling is 20 working
days from receipt of order or after approval of proof. On custom orders,
factory will advise shipping schedule. Special rush orders MUST receive
approval before placing order. For Rush charge add 15% to total order.
Phone Orders. All phone orders must
be confirmed in writing.
Repeat Orders. Exact repeat orders must
include previous purchase and/or factory order numbers so that new
art or screen charges will not be billed. All artwork is kept on file
for one year. Any repeat order after elapsed time may be subject to
new art and screen charges.
Acknowledgements. All orders will be
acknowledged upon receipt. Please notify Customer Service immediately
of any corrections, otherwise factory will not be held responsible.
Minimum Quantities. There will be a
less than minimum charge of 25% on all orders under catalog minimum.
Overs and Unders. Webb Manufacturing
will strive to ship exact quantities on all orders. Production methods
necessitate that we reserve the right to ship 5-10% over and under
the quantity ordered. If exact quantity is desired, please note on
order.
Cancellations. Sometimes it is necessary
to terminate an order. Factory should be contacted immediately and
production will cease. All charges incurred at this point will be
billed. Completed orders cannot be cancelled. Partially completed
orders can be cancelled only after payment for materials and labor
expended prior to date of cancellation request.
Returned Goods. Goods received by customer
may not be returned without written consent and approval by factory.
Factory must be notified within15 days from receipt of merchandise.
All returned goods must be sent to factory personnel making the approval,
or it will not be accepted.
Blank Products. Contact factory for
quotes.
Co-op Orders. All orders using special
imprinting on on-going programs are subject to price revision on January
1st of each year.
Speculative Sampling. All products and
custom made products may be ordered on a speculative basis, providing
materials, sewing capabilities and hardware are available. Charges:
1 color imprint $86(R) 2 or more colors $125(R) Blank - price of product.
Set up charges are additional. Art charges may apply if camera-ready
art is not supplied.
Camera-Ready Art. Art must be sharp
black/white professional base art with overlays (if applicable for
multicolor imprint) registered and including color identity. PMS colors
must be indicated on each overlay or base art. Art should be made
to size of imprint or lines must be such that they will reproduce
well if increased or decreased in size. If not sized, factory will
use discretion as to art being camera-ready or not. Customer will
be notified prior to processing if submitted art is not adequate for
screening process.
Note: Simple line art touch up or straight type will not be charged
if not excessive and if type is stock. Type style will be at discretion
of factory if not indicated on order.
Art Charges. When camera-ready art is
not furnished and is left to discretion of factory to produce, art
charges will prevail. Art charges will be based on simple line art
using logos, type and illustrations that will reproduce well on textiles
using a direct screening process. It is suggested that a layout accompany
the order along with graphic material to help factory make finished
art to customer's specifications. Factory will come as close as possible
to imprint desired.

Charges. $35(R) per hour. Straight type,
stock styles only, no charge.
Screen Charges. All new orders except
exact repeat orders will require a screen charge. $42(R) per imprint
color.
Imprinting. Multi-color and close registers
are not recommended on nylon due to material shrinkage during ink
curing. Opacity not guaranteed when imprinting light colors on dark
fabrics. PMS colors are not guaranteed to match.
Pre-Production or Sample Proof. Charges:

Fabric Colors. Due to mill lots from
order to order, fabric colors may vary slightly. Webb Manufacturing
will strive to maintain color consistency within the same order.
Fabric Care. Cotton canvas fabrics are
cold water washable only. Some bleeding may occur during initial washing.
Nylon fabrics are not recommended for washing or high heat drying.
For best results, wipe with soapy water and air dry.
Packaging. All orders will be packaged
bulk, unless otherwise specified by customer. Special packaging or
split shipments must be approved by factory before processing.
Shipping. Unless specified, Webb Manufacturing
will ship the least expensive and most direct method. Once goods have
been assigned and accepted by carrier, our responsibility ceases.
All shipments F.O.B. Pennsylvania.
Drop Shipments. No charge, except individual
shipping cost. Payment. All open terms and C.O.D. shipments must be
approved by factory prior to ordering.
Import Fulfillment. Orders requiring
high volume will be quoted by factory. Allow 90 to 120 days from receipt
of order. |
